Janice Garcia

I’m married to my best friend & husband, Vince, since 1985. We have two kids, two kid-in-laws, and one grand baby. I began my pilates journey in 2012 when a family member was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that caused a type of arthritis to develop in their spine called Ankylosis Spondylitis. Helping people to focus on the health of their spine became my passion. In 2015, I started my journey with yoga after battling breast cancer, and this incredible healing process enlightened me to help other learn to heal themselves. I believe the benefits of Yoga are unsurmountable and hope to share this practice that brings Peace and Tranquility to all who trust the journey.

Priscilla Ticho

My name is Priscilla and I am a certified 200ryt and Buti yoga instructor. My yoga journey began in 2015, until I was introduced to buti yoga in 2018. I then realized that I loved it so much I wanted to get certified to deepen my own practice. A few months after getting certified, I wanted to share the magic with others so I started teaching at local studios, schools and some private sessions. I believe yoga is powerful. I endured a lot of trauma growing up, and through yoga I have found ways to cope. It has helped me heal, strengthen me mentally, physically, and I have gained confidence. I strive to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing peace and joy to flourish within and spread to others.

Carol Williams

Carol grew up playing basketball and running track in high school. After years as an athlete, herself she decided it was her calling to guide other young athletes. She has been a high school coach since 1991 and her yoga journey began through practicing Bikram Yoga in 2011. In 2013, she walked away from Yoga completely. After two years of no longer practicing yoga, in March of 2015 she was invited to the Grand Opening of Vivify Hot Yoga. After only a few months she was encouraged to attend teacher training and her passion for yoga had been reignited. In May of 2016, she received her 200 hr certification in a 3 week immersion training in Shambhava Yoga at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat and has been teaching yoga at Vivify ever since.

Liz Roberts

Liz Roberts has been a certified in Buti Yoga since January 2019, later that year she became certified in Sculpt and Bands through Buti Yoga. Liz has been a Licensed Physical Therapist since 2000, a platform that helped her learn the power and healing that movement can bring. Liz discovered first as a student then as a teacher, how intentional movement can result in flexibility, joint alignment, strengthening and tissue repair. Liz is fascinated about both the art and science of movement and brings that knowledge, through purposeful asanas and a warm, positive approach. Buti yoga’s core values speak to leading of self and others, each class is co-created with goal to find growth, healing and connection to others and one’s true self. Liz strives to lead each class with heart and guide a multifaceted, life enhancing practice.
