CLASS CANCELATION POLICY
revised effective 6-15-2021

Classes require pre-registration and fill up fast. With that being said, the waitlist is available to sign up for when the class shows as full. We understand that life happens and sometime you can’t make it to the classes you have signed up for. We will require you to cancel your reservation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the class to allow those on the waitlist adequate time to be notified they are now able to attend in your place. We, of course, want you to be able to make it to class, but in the event that you cannot, we also would like to honor those who are waiting. Failure to cancel at least 1 hour in advance will result in a $10 fee being charged to the card on file. The mobile app is easy and quick to book and cancel. Once in the app, at the bottom of your screen tap “MY SCHEDULE” to view your upcoming bookings. Swipe left over the booking to cancel the upcoming class.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS AND STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Here is a guide to ensure that everyone has an amazing experience.

  • Bring bottle water and a towel. It’s toasty in their and you will sweat. Stay hydrated and have a towel on hand. If you have a mat of your own you may bring it. If you need a loaner mat we have plenty on hand that you may borrow.

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable and that you can move freely in. Breathable and somewhat fitted is recommended.

  • No shoes in the hot room. Please take them off and place them on the shoe racks provided in the lobby.

  • Please choose modesty when selecting your attire to respect others and avoid unnecessary distractions. Tops that cover the chest for females and bottoms that cover the essentials for males and females. Examples of acceptable bottoms to wear are shorts, speedo type briefs, and leggings of all lengths. Thong type bottoms and full nudity is not acceptable in our space.

  • Heavy scented perfumes and body odors can become amplified in the heated room so please be sure to come fresh and clean for class.

  • Silence your cell phones and leave them in lobby. If they ring in the lobby they will be heard in class. If you are on call or have an expected emergency that requires you to have your phone with you and must take your phone into class please let your teacher know and be sure to exit the room quietly and promptly if you need to take a call during class.

  • When entering the hot room for class please keep your voices low as others may be resting and preparing mentally for class. In the same respect make sure when you are finished practicing that you clean and return any borrowed props or mats and are quiet during this process and while exiting the hot room.

  • If class is in session and you are waiting for class as well please be sure to keep your voice low so that it does not distract the ongoing class.

  • If you have brought a minor to class under the age of 12 you assume responsibility for them and must exit the class if they exit the class to ensure their safety. Teachers are not responsible for unattended minors.

  • Follow along with what is being taught. If you wish to take a break please relax and rest on your mat and jump in where you can. We will encourage you to also modify the poses as often as needed in any class as we understand and embrace every level of experience. If you are choosing to not practice what the teacher is doing at all and do not wish to relax or participate in what is being taught we ask that you quietly and respectfully exit the class and the studio to avoid distracting others from their practice.

If any of the above is not followed the teachers reserve the right to ask you to leave in order to maintain the integrity of the space for those who wish to stay and practice.
